For centuries people in the East have been incorporating the practice of yoga into their daily routine. This is so that you have an expert guide you through the poses and help you reach a level of proficiency. Once you are sure that you are performing the poses correctly, you can move on to home instruction with the knowledge that will help to reduce the risk of injury.
