Grow Tall With Grow Taller Exercises - Easy Tips To Increase Your Height

Most of these exercises involve stretching the arms, legs and the vertebral column.  Some of the exercises you need to perform at the gym although there are a handful you can actually start doing at home. Since stretching the spinal column is the most important component of growing taller through exercise, here are a few spinal exercises you can do at home.

Cobra - Lie down on the floor, palms down. Lean back and arch your spine to the maximum extent, push up and raise your chin, hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Relax and repeat for 10 reps.

Bowl - Lie on the floor face down with your arms and legs extended.  Raise both the arms and the legs at the same time as high as you can, hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat. Do 10 repetitions.

Super Stretch - Do this standing upright. Raise your hands to the air as high as you can and lean back to stretch the lower spine. Hold the stretch for at least 10 seconds. Relax and repeat. Do this for 10 reps.

Touch toes - This is just like the regular finger to toes exercise. Bend forward as much as you can and try to reach your toes with your fingers. When you've reach your maximum stretch, hold the stretch for at least 5 seconds or longer if you can.
