The best and the cheapest exercise are to jog around. But jogging alone is not sufficient to train and develop other parts of out body. You need to do some form of cardiovascular exercises, aerobics and work around you lower portion of your body.

It’s almost impossible that you would be able to find the right combination if you buy a tread mill instead of cross trainers or elliptical trainers.

The cross trainers or elliptical trainers would give you a complete work out because they have dual handle bars and foot pedals. You can either choose to move the foot pedals in a clock wise direction but these pedals give you a flexibility of moving them in a reverse direction too.

The other feature that adds to its value is the ramp incline that is adjustable according to your own needs. So if you ever feel that you need to raise the intensity while a regular jogging session, you can raise the incline from the handle bar corner and ramp up until you feel the force you’re exerting against your steps.

While the best judge of what works for you are you yourself; we recommend that you see some cross trainers or fitness elliptical trainer and make that much awaited decision.
