Clenbuterol For Muscle Mass Gaining

As for the period of gaining of muscle mass, when the athlete's diet does not suffer from lack of calories and even quite the opposite – often there are too many calories in it, Clenbuterol doesn't show anyhow its anticatabolic properties. So if you are working for mass gaining, there is no sense to use Clenbuterol? No! Strangely enough but here catabolic properties of Clenbuterol will be useful.

Yes, in dosages of about 300-400 mg a day Clenbuterol is a powerful catabolic agent, it damages the muscle fibers very good. But how can catabolism - the main enemy of muscle mass – help gaining it? Here is the answer. It must be said at once: catabolic properties of Clenbuterol can be useful only for athletes who take androgenic drugs during training, more precisely, those who are subject to aromatization. The matter is that one of the useful properties of estradiol, into which testosterone excess in man blood under the influence of the enzyme aromatase usually turns, is protecting cells from damage. Many people know that during the "steroid cycle" muscle pain that occurs due to damage of muscle fibers, disappears rather quickly. Estradiol is the substance which is responsible for it.

At first glance everything is well – there is no pain and it means that you can train more often. But... «No pain, no gain» - "There are no achievements without pain" - this formula is very fair for bodybuilding. Not being damaged muscle fibers lose one of the most powerful stimulus to growth. Moreover, training stimulates the cells to the formation of increased amounts of IGF-1 and prostaglandins, and also increases cells sensitivity to these substances. But damaging of the cell membrane is necessary for IGF-1 and prostaglandins (often their autocrine effect, ie effect on the cells in which they are synthesized, is very limited) to get to the general blood circulation. And once again Clenbuterol comes to help.

Regarding practical recommendations for muscle mass gaining by the use of Clenbuterol (necessarily accompanied by AAS aromatize - do not forget!) thay can be the following:

Train no more than one muscle group (maximum – two) in the traumatic mode;

Traumatic training should take place no more frequently than once a week;

Interchange the muscle groups which are being traumatized;

The dose of Clenbuterol on the day of training, as it has already been said, should be around 300-400 mg (8-10 tablets of 40 mcg), you should take the drug before the workout, preferably 6-8 hours before you start;

On the remaining days you don't need to take Clenbuterol;

After the workout take high doses of amino acids, mainly those marked with abbreviation BCAA.

 

And remember - people with a reduced propensity for aromatization will not feel a special effect from Clenbuterol usage.
